MoversFax consumer education
How MoversFax handles mover-record context.
A useful mover check should show what was reviewed, what was unavailable, and where a household should ask a follow-up question. MoversFax does not certify, approve, or rank movers.
Facts and interpretation stay separate
Source context and retrieval information should not be confused with a conclusion about a company. Missing information is a reason to ask, not an accusation.
Claims must match the product
MoversFax uses demo-safe language until any live source path is independently verified for public use. The service is independent and not a government agency.
Start with the source, date, and limitation
A useful record presentation identifies the source and retrieval context, then distinguishes what the source states from an interpretation or a question for the company. Public records can change after retrieval, and an unavailable field should not be turned into a positive or negative conclusion.
Do not convert context into a rating
MoversFax does not sell rankings, certifications, approvals, or guarantees. A household should compare the public context with its written estimate, ask the company to explain mismatches, and use FMCSA's current consumer guidance for interstate household-goods questions.
