The affiliate and partner program is designed for organizations that want to share a practical carrier check before a household hires a mover. It does not create an endorsement or guarantee of any moving company.
Private reporting stays private
Approved partners receive private portal access and referral materials after review. Public referral links are separate from partner reporting and do not expose account information.
Share a research process, not an endorsement
A partner can point a household to a clear research starting point: the company name on the estimate, the role each business plays, and the written terms that need an answer. Referral materials should not imply that MoversFax, a partner, or a public record has approved a mover or predicted a moving outcome.
Set expectations before sharing a link
Explain that MoversFax is independent and that a household remains responsible for its own decision. Encourage people to keep their estimate and written answers together, and direct interstate-moving questions to the current FMCSA consumer materials linked in the public resource library.
